3M Half Face Reusable Respirators 6000 Series are low-maintenance, lightweight and simple to handle. Available in three sizes, all respirators have the 3M™ Bayonet Connection System which fit 3M's broad range of twin, lightweight, cartridges and filters. These provide protection against gases, vapours and particulates (depending on your needs). The twin filter design has a low profile and is well balanced. The 6000 Series Half Face Respirators can also be used with 3M™ Supplied-Air Systems. Meets the performance requirements of AS/NZS 1716:2012.

3M™ Half Face Reusable Respirator 6500 Series

 

3M Reusable Respirator 6500 Series half face size small (part number 6501, medium 6502 and size large 6503). The 3M 6500 Half Face Respirator has a rugged design built for the toughest jobs.

A dual filter system with innovative bayonet connections allows for easy attachment of a range of 3M particulate and gas filters. The twin filter design allows for reduced breathing resistance while the 3M Cool Flow valve helps to reduce heat build-up.

Built for rugged comfort, this respirator features a lightweight, soft silicone face piece which keeps its shape in high-heat environments. This resilient silicone material helps to extend the mask’s lifetime and provides a soft but firm face seal.

3M™ 7500 Series Half Face Reusable Respirator - size small (part number 7501). The 3M 7500 reusable half face respirator offers versatile protection across a wide range of applications including welding, painting, spraying, construction and many others.

REUSABLE RESPIRATORS AND FILTER FLOWCHART
 

For Protection against combination of gasses, vapours and particulates, a combination is required. An example will be, if you’re going to paint your house, you will be needing a Mask, Cartridge (6051 or 6055 or 6054), Filter (5925 or 5935) and a 501 to lock it all in place. Also be mindful of the sizes that you need: Small (age 8 years and above, Smaller heads), Medium (Women selects this a lot) and Large.
